AR Site Specific, 2025
Concept project
HOY ES MAÑANA is a site-specific artistic project that uses augmented reality to explore three possible futures — apocalyptic, survival-based, and desirable — projected onto a real urban location.
The project is developed through a process of local research, including observation of the site, interviews with residents, and analysis of social and environmental dynamics. Based on this research, three digital scenographies are designed and overlaid onto the existing space through QR codes, allowing visitors to experience the present and its possible futures simultaneously.
HOY ES MAÑANA invites citizens to reflect on how everyday decisions shape the environments we inhabit, transforming public space into a place for collective imagination, responsibility, and choice.
